My vehicle runs an average of 10 km per litre.......This common statement is the force of all those fake fuel savers. In fact whoever says that their vehicle runs in average 10km per litre has certainly calculated its consumptions in an approximate way, since  the average should be calculated over at least 12 months (4 seasons) and calculating consumed litres per km. Run.
- for the calculation of km. It is sufficient to note the km run since the beginning of the monitoring and this for a full year.
 - for the consumptions one should make the sum of all the litres of fuel used during the year… but hardly anyone does this except for fleets. And even if they would do so, there would always be some variables that remain uncontrolled; path – traffic – climate - state of use – speed – use of gears – load etc.
For example: a vehicle having more than 5 year of age loses more than 3-4% in consumption performances. After a servicing the vehicle will, little by little, start having higher consumptions and higher gas emissions until it goes through the next servicing.

A constant servicing of the engine gives saving in consumptions.            
But at the end of a year one can obtain an average data, which will be quite close to reality. This work is usually done by big fleets whom monitorise their vehicles from the moment they purchase them to the moment in which they give them away.
Well even those vehicles running the same path every day will register fluctuations of 10-20% in average consumptions due to the uncontrollable variables that they meet, day after day, such as: 
wind ( +/- 20 %) traffic ( +/- 10% ) climate, usage, speed, the use of gears etc.
For this reason, wanting to determinate fuel consumptions through the average of the consumptions tables is not reliable nor for big fleets which, anyhow, monitor their vehicles constantly; just image how reliable this test could be when done by a single users/client.    

The testimonials of the different fuel savers state the following:
“my vehicle used to run 10km per litre; now it manages to run 12 km. Per litre, this means i have a fuel saving of 20%”, this client is not aware of the fact that this calculation is worth nothing because the starting point is not reliable.!!
It would be the same as stating one has lost 10kg without having noted whoich was our weight before starting the diet!
If the stating point is wrong, wrong will be the average calculation 

Most of the fuel savers present references from private clients stating their vehicles have saved even up to 27% !!   It is for this reason that these types of fuel saver have been attacked by car producers as well as specialised magazins.
Most of the time sold by people, whom even if in good faith, do not have the scientific knowledge, whom are not aware of the fact that  obtaining a 27% of fuel saving means that before its installation the vehicle used to have 40% of uncombusted but, as mentioned ahead, the uncombsuted have been reduced to 25% therfore we speak of fake advertisment. On older vehicles not further than a 15% of fuel consumption reduction could be registered while on newer ones (euro2-euro3.euro4) one could register not further than 10% of fuel saving.
One of the big fleets that has tested our super tech on 241 vehicles among his 1200, is arcese which is, furthermore, the official tester of different innovation products for iveco such as: synthetic oil, tires, euro3 tractors, urea systems. These are reliable tests, which could anyhow have a margin of error within a range of +/-1-2%. 
None of the fuel savers working on the flow of the fuel boasts of such high quality test.  
Some declare, through internet, to be in possess of test done through epa (environmental protection agency) but after an deeper investigation, we discover, it has nothing to do with epa, coming instead from a normal workshop such as – auto center california or any other similar workshop measuring gas emissions.
Only one fuel saver gives details of the tests done:
-    11 (eleven)  univeristies
-     8 (eight) international indipendent laboratories
-    8 (eight) specific governmental  entities.
-    30 (thirty) among the biggest fleets of the world in transport of goods and of persons. On 21 different countries.
